Ltd. is a company registered under Indian Companies Act vides registration No. U55204CT2013PTC000705 having Corporate office at D-187, 2nd Floor, B Wing, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase I, New Delhi 110020. The main objective of the company is to provide food to Railway Passengers at cheaper rate and hygienic condition. The company having outlets at major railway stations across India.

When ordering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, phone number, credit card information or train route. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. We may also collect information about your usage of the Website and information about you from the messages you post to the Website and the e-mails or letters you send to us.

WHO CAN BOOK THE ORDER

The Railway passenger traveling through the railway stations in which the company has outlets as mentioned in website can book their food through our website or call centre No.01141100100.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

The information you provide to us will be transferred to and stored on our servers in New Delhi and keep this information confidential. Information that is to be used by third parties shall be in accordance to policies under the Indian law.

PRICING/RATE

All prices are in Indian currency. The rates may vary from outlets to outlets as per taxation norms of states. Packing charges and taxes will be borne by the customer. This website contains a large number of menus items. Although we take great care to keep them upto date, sometime it is possible that some of the menus are not correctly priced and may not be available. The customer has to check it thoroughly before booking any order. The officials of the company will normally contact the customers before the order is dispatched. The company offers special discount for bulk orders time to time. The Company reserves its right to change the rate/menu without prior notice.

BOOKING OF ORDER AND MODE OF PAYMENT

That the Railway passenger can book the order through our website and make the payment through payment gateway.The Railway passenger can also book the order through our call centre No.01141100100 for cash on delivery and NEFT/RTGS using online booking as the case may be. The railway passenger can book orders in bulk or single. The bulk orders only will be entertained if payment is made in advance. The bulk orders have to be made before 48 hours and the single/Tatkal order can be made before 2 hours.

At the time of placing order, the railway passenger is bound to furnish his correct information such as name, PNR No., Train No., compartment No., Berth No., etc. The company will deliver the food orders as per the particular and time given by the passenger/customer it is made clear that if the passenger/customer is not available at the place then the company is not responsible for refund the money. The information furnished cannot be changed at any cost. The railway passengers are legally liable for any wrong information and for any loss to the company. The company can sue him in the court as per law for the above.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER BY THE CUSTOMERS

Tatkal order cannot be cancelled once the railway passengers place an order. The railway passengers intend to cancel bulk order can do the same before 24 hours. The passengers have to pay 10% of the bulk order amount if he cancelled before 24 hours and 50% in case of cancellation of bulk order before 12 hours. No cancellation shall be entertained before 6 hours in case of bulk orders and no refund will be given in case of cancellation of bulk orders. There may be delay of minimum one week in case of refund, in the event of cancellation as mentioned above because of the processing of payment through bank.

DELIVERY OF WRONG ITEMS

The company generally takes great precaution to delivery correct items as booked by the customer. However, in case of delivery of wrong items, the customer has right to reject the same and he is not liable to make any payment and if customer as already made the payment will be refunded. The customer has no right to initiate any legal recourse against the company.

MISSING ITEMS

In case of missing items the customer has to be refunded for the same and he has no right to initiate any legal recourse against the company.

LATE TRAIN/RE-ROUTE OF TRAIN

In case of late train and re-route of train the company is not responsible for delivery of the item. The advance payment made if any shall be forfeited. However, in case of re-route of train if the company has any outlet in that route, the company can deliver the items in case of Tatkal Order the customer has to inform the company about the re-route of the train well in advance. It is made clear that in case of bulk orders the company cannot guarantee the delivery of the foods in the event of re-route of train
